Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have bloodwork completed?
If you already have current bloodwork, we can use those results when appropriate. If additional testing would be beneficial, we'll discuss your options during coaching.
Do I have to use peptides?
No.
Strong & Lean Elite is built on nutrition, movement, recovery, accountability, and healthy habits. Physician-guided wellness options are available when appropriate, but they are never required.
What happens after 12 weeks?
Many clients continue their journey through Strong & Lean Elite for another 12-weeks or move to Platinum, our annual membership for ongoing physician network access, preferred pricing, education, and long-term health optimization.
