What Strength and Sport Focuses On
Foundational Strength Training
Athletes learn proper technique for core lifts, bodyweight movements, and supplemental exercises. Emphasis is placed on movement quality, safe progression, and building strength that transfers to sport.
Speed, Agility, and Athletic Movement
Training includes sprint mechanics, change of direction, coordination, and athletic skills that support performance across all sports.
Education and Confidence
Athletes are taught how to train independently and responsibly. Education around warm-ups, recovery, effort, and consistency helps athletes feel confident inside and outside the weight room.
