ABOUT

MEET SARA

Sara brings a practical, real-world approach to strength, performance, and personal development. She grew up in rural Nebraska, competed as a collegiate athlete, spent a decade in corporate sales and management, earned her master’s in business, and now juggles life as a mother of four. All of that shaped her no-nonsense style and her focus on teaching skills that actually matter.

Over the last fourteen years, she has coached athletes, adults, and now coaches themselves. She’s built a system that helps people get stronger, move better, and train with purpose without living in the gym. Her work blends strength and conditioning, mental performance, leadership development, and long-term athletic growth.

Today she leads Strength and Sport as the head strength and conditioning coach, creates curriculum for student-athletes, and teaches coaches how to build better programs and cultures. For adults, she continues to offer clear, time-efficient training and habit coaching that fits real life.

If you want to get stronger, improve your performance, or build a program that develops confident athletes and leaders, Sara is here to help you set a plan and move forward with intention.
