You don't have to figure that out on your own. Start by taking the Strong & Lean Assessment or scheduling a Strategy Session. Together, we'll identify the best starting point based on your goals, health history, and lifestyle.
Do I have to use peptides to work with you?
Absolutely not.
Strong & Lean is built on the belief that lasting health starts with the fundamentals: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and consistent habits. Physician-guided wellness options are available when appropriate, but they are never required.
I've tried everything. How is this different?
Most programs focus on a single piece of the puzzle.
Strong & Lean takes a personalized approach by combining coaching, accountability, education, and, when appropriate, advanced testing and physician-guided wellness. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all plan, we build a strategy around you.
Can I join if I've never lifted weights before?
Yes!
Whether you're brand new to strength training or returning after years away, we'll meet you where you are. Your workouts and recommendations are personalized to your current experience, abilities, and goals.
What if I already have recent bloodwork?
Perfect! If your lab work is current, you may qualify for the Strong & Lean Blueprint Review, where we'll analyze your existing results and build a personalized roadmap without repeating unnecessary testing.
What happens after I enroll?
You'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including onboarding forms, scheduling information, and your next steps. We'll guide you through the process so you always know what's coming next.
