This is for adults — usually 35 and up — who are doing the right things and still not getting the results their body is capable of. You are tired of just the idea diet plan that isn't really personalized to you at a cellular level.

If you don't have current bloodwork, you're not behind — you're at the beginning, which is exactly the right place to be. We don't try to interpret data that doesn't exist yet. We build it. Here's what that looks like:

1.  Get the data. We order DNA testing and a comprehensive lab panel through our US-licensed physician network. Your DNA tells us how your body is wired; your labs tell us what's actually happening right now. Together they give us a real starting point.

2.  Lay the foundation. While your samples are being processed, we don't sit and wait. We use those weeks to lay the lifestyle foundation — nutrition, sleep, movement, stress — the habits that make every intervention that follows actually work. No advanced strategy lands well on a shaky base.

3.  Choose the next step. Once your labs and DNA are in, we'll know exactly which next step fits you — a Decode Your Labs session to review them together, or jumping straight into the full Bloodwork Blueprint for a custom 12-week personalized plan. Either way, your foundation is already in place by then.
